Our resupply subscription provides you with an easy way to receive a reoccurring shipment of continence care, CPAP supplies, and compression products.

Once you create an account and add products to your cart, you’ll be able to select how often you want your shipment. Then, just add your payment details, and watch for your next shipment notification email.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can modify, cancel, or upgrade your subscription at any time. Just log into your account to access your subscription details.

Is there a minimum commitment period for the subscription?

No, our subscription service offers the flexibility of no minimum commitment period.

Can I pause or skip deliveries?

Absolutely! When you receive your reoccurring subscription email, you will have the flexibility to pause or skip your upcoming delivery.

Can I return or exchange products from the subscription if they don't fit?

Unopened compression orders can be returned within 14 days, while unopened continence products are eligible for return within 7 days.

Are the products discreetly packaged for delivery?

Yes, all of our resupply shipments are delivered in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

How long does it take for products to be delivered after subscribing?

7 business days is the average time to receive your continence care, compression and CPAP delivery.

Can I receive reminders before my next subscription shipment?

Absolutely, an automatic email will be sent prior to every resupply shipment, so you can stay prepared.

Are these products covered by insurance?

Our continence care, compression wear, and CPAP supplies (with a prescription) may qualify for insurance coverage when purchased in one of our stores. However, online purchases are cash pay only and cannot be covered by insurance.

Do I need a prescription for continence care, compression or CPAP products?

While our 30-40 mmHg compression socks and CPAP products may require a prescription, our continence care products are available for online and in-store cash pay purchase without the need for a prescription.

If I have a prescription for a resupply product, who do I send it to?

If you possess a prescription for our resupply eligible products, simply contact one of our specialists to conveniently submit your prescription.
